Mancosa putting my name on itc

Good day I am writing this with full of frustration and anger I have app**** at Mancosa last year to study this year and paid the registration as I was still employed at that time. My aim was to study using the official bursary but due to unforeseen circumstances and health I had to resign early January this year and relocate to another province so with that issue the employer that I was working for decided to withdraw the bursary that was offered to me. I made many so many attempts to call Mancosa as well as my student advisor and also I called the student services department I wrote number of emails trying to explain my situation. I was terribly sick and in not a good health condition to focus with relocation and all that was going on and it was too much to handle which leads to my mental states being disturbed. I was in and out of doctors I even asked one of my general practitioner to do a report so that I was going to send it at Mancosa student services to explain the situation that I was in and the fact that I was unable to study for this year but still they enforced me to study and they told me that I am still liable for the full tuition fees. I currently don’t have that amount of money and I explained to the advisors that I was not going to be able to pay that amount of money without a qualification I also app**** for deferment so that I could postpone my studies at least study in 2027 but still I did not get any response from their site the state on the notes that I am liable for the food tuition fees whether I study or not. They have been calling me and sending me demand letters so many times and today they decided to send me a letter from that collectors which means that they want to flag my name on credit bureau endless my name as a person who is owing them that huge amount of money. I am so so angry I still won’t be able to pay that money I won’t do any arrangement with them because I asked them to give me at least this year so that I can try and apply for another battery in my new employer and I will then proceed with my studies but still they left me with no choice and said that I will be able for the dates whether I like it or not. Can somebody please assist me with this case I cannot be liable to pay this amount of money that I don’t have without a qualification and also I am afraid of being listed and the credit bureau as a bad player or a person who did not do as paid the agreement. Can somebody please take this case and assist me urgently. Today I I got a call from this ITC administrators demanding me to make arrangement or pay the money in full which I don’t have and I won’t since I have no qualification and I didn’t even attempt to study. My first email to Mancosa was in the first week of January 2026 but still they refused to hear me out this is very unfair. I sent the many many emails but Mancosa failed me. I would not advise anyone to register at Mancosa because of the service we get. I wish to get the assistant for Mancosa to stop harassing me with this emails letters and they must not send my name for a blacklisting I have been through so much. I will take legal action for Mancosa
