MANCOSA Poor support service and poor exam portal

I'm a registered student and had a system issue during an exam, MANCOSA is refusing to assist me, I have logged tickets, made phone calls which I had to hold on the line more that 10 minutes and I got sent from pillar to post without any assistance. The support team does not care at all, they hang up and even transferred me to a non-existing line. I am so disappointed with the service and the lack of care from the support team that is difficult to get hold of.
