MANCOSA - Poor service & Racketeering module re-registration charges

Good Day Mancosa,

As advised, this module has been carried over from 2017, 2019 and now again in 2020 due to Mancosa NOT providing a suitable access to write the exam.

Given that Mancosa has NOT provided fair access to exam, lectures or even necessary study material to date, this module should not carry an additional service charge. To date no refund has been processed.

During our meeting 19 Feb 2020, Prof Naidoo and Prof Hamid, we agreed that an exam will be provided with needed time and access to lectures and study material which would enable me to complete the exam within a 2-3 week period. Somehow Mancosa mismanaged this special request and set an exam schedule which only allowed less that (4) working days to prepare and write the exam.

Additionally, multiple email messages to the student support desk remain either without response, or resolution of this matter.

This level of service is totally appalling and disgraceful.
