Mancosa Poor Service

I started to study with Mancosa in 2021 doing my PGD in Project Management, from the start they were giving me hassle's. So there is this one module that I could not proof to them that I resubmit the assignment 02 for my project and because of that I failed the whole module.

I did try to take it up with them but they simply stick to, no proof no supplementary exam even. One of their requirements is that you wont write exams if you did not qualify by passing both the assignments of the module, now my question is how was I allowed to write exams, even passing the exam, just for me to fail the module at the end?

So, I let it slide cause the whole situation was just keeping me behind. Last year I tried to reregister the module and they failed to register me on time. As a result, my assignment dates were too close to each other, I requested telephonically for them to deregister. In July I wanted to register so I can finish, and it was discovered that the module was never deregistered, and I need to pay the fees for the module before I can register. The fight was also again going on and I end up not registering.

So now this year I'm battling with the very same problem. I cant register cause I have outstanding fees according to them for that module I never did in 2022.

My company wants me to complete the qualification but due to this University that won't happen because I won't pay money for a service not rendered to me.

Please never study with Mancosa it is the worst money-making scheme University you can come across.
