Complaint: Institution Withholding Results Needed for a Potential Bursary Opportunity

I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the institution’s handling of my partner’s academic results. She is currently being considered for a potential bursary, and the provider requires her transcript — or at the very least, a simple screenshot of her results — to continue with the evaluation process.

Despite multiple requests, the institution refuses to release her results in any form. This refusal is putting her at a serious disadvantage and could cost her a meaningful opportunity that would support her studies and, ultimately, reflect positively on the institution as well.

We are not asking for anything unreasonable. A provisional statement or screenshot would be enough for the bursary provider to proceed. The institution’s unwillingness to assist is unnecessary and is creating avoidable stress during an already important process.

I am requesting that the institution urgently reconsider its position and provide the results needed. Withholding them is directly jeopardising her chance to move forward with this potential bursary opportunity.
