Mancosa Poor poor record keeping

I am so angry at Mancosa. I called to request my academic record. Guese what, they tell me 2007 is way back they now changed the system they cant see my results. Only my personal detail and the qualification I graduated from. All they could tell me was, " we are sorry, unfortunately we have nothing to give you" nothing shows on the system. Mxm, yerrrr. Im sooo disapointed right now
