Mancosa Poor Assistance (Exam)
I am really dissapointed in Mancosa , their assistance system is poor. I am only registered for my last module HRD and already submitted my assignments and got my results. Now according to the logbook am suppose to write an exam on the 6 May which is this Friday. I have been requesting my Personal Timetable since last week but still its not available on my Mancosa.
I am currently working and my Sponsor is paying for my fees. I needed to apply for study leave two weeks back but couldn't because i dont have confirmation that i am writing. I really dont know what to do at this point as my sponsor is very strict and will require clear justification on how i missed this and will demand their refund .
This is soo unprofessional .

When is the representative contacting me instead am receiving an email with a refund form. Who asked for a refund. I need my Timetable and Authentication information on the APP so that i can write my exam and be done with Mancosa . Am really getting upset now this is way too much.
