Mancosa Poor Assistance

Its so difficult to be assisted in Mancosa. I tried calling several times. They have all these platforms but no meaning. I have been trying to get my exam personalized timetable to submit to my employer with no success. Firstly App and My Mancos are saying two different things. Now am suppose to be writing next week but with no time table i cant apply for leave , this is fraustrating.
