MANCOSA - Pathetic Service. No Resolution To Recurring Issues

The results tab on my student comms app is not updated with my current subjects. I have logged a ticket - I’ve been told update the app - my app is updated. I have re-opened the ticket as it was closed. A ticket was also logged on the Student App on 7February 2023 and the status of that ticked is "waiting".

I have had the same issue last semester and it was eventually resolved after numerous attempts. Really wonder how long before it will be resolved this time and is it a recurring issue.
