MANCOSA NOT PAYING THE REFUNDS BACK

I registered with MANCOSA and they were suppose to refund my registration fees since my work organisation has paid in full for me. I have been in communications with them since December, I only got the formal response with the form in February and since then, I have been sent to pillar to post and the unprofessionalism I received telephonically with their finance department was really bad. in results today its 1st April and I am taking them to Small Claims Court. Its a really struggle for me to get my money back from the institution. I am so dissapointed
