Mancosa new online assignment process is a complete nightmare,

I received no communication regarding the new platform for submission, I kept logging onto the MyMancosa portal looking for the online submission tabs. I was then advised by a co-worker where I should logon and given a generic password by this co-worker, I received no communication regarding upcoming assignments. I missed assignment deadlines, There was no notification on the new portal that stated the online assignments was compulsory and failure to comply will result in registering of the module . Consultants give out the incorrect information and if I had listened to the consultant I would have had to re-register for module
