Mancosa never responds

I have been studying with this institution for 4 years it's my last year and don't think i would ever want to further my studies with them. they never give feedback , their admin passes the buck all the time, and on top of that are so rude with students. I was livid the day i called and the lady , instead of putting me on hold , made remarks about how she would never aim for the marks i received than i still want to query , very unprofessional i would never recommend this institution to any one , they don't really have student support
