Mancosa never delivers
Wish I could rate in minus! I have serious buyers remorse having decided to study through MANCOSA. Not only do I still not have all the books/manuals released to new students (not referring to module manuals), my emails from 20 March complaining about the service and substandard running of workshops etc have been ignored. I constantly need to fight to get my results and today have successfully been ignored even by "Theresha Naidoo" who is apparently the PA to the CEO of MANCOSA. They don't provide support or any service and none of the staff deliver on ANY promises they make. For a private institute, they prove to be worse than most gvt institutes.

21 Jun 2019, 19:13You guys absolutely SUCK! My original issue was never sorted - Only empty promises similar to what damn politicians make to us about a "better SA". Results are due today and I've been logged in since before 16:00. Asked via chat when the results will be out... got ignored (AGAIN) and when I logged in again a few minutes ago I get a pop-up message saying my account is in arrears and, as a result, my exam results are withheld. Conveniently no-one in your organisation works at 19:00!
This is absolute ***, to say the least, as I paid MANCOSA in full AND sent you Proof in May 2019. As an HR Professional, and for as long as I live and you exist, I will actively DISCOURAGE every person asking me about studies to enroll with your shoddy organisation!
