MANCOSA MONEY MAKING SCHEME

MANCOSA is a money grabbing institution. We pay so much money for poor student support. This 10-15 days response time is ridiculous no matter how much you can try to communicate there is never a response, I won’t even touch the holding time when you call only to be cut off after explaining the same thing to 7 different consultants and holding over 2 hours. Let me tell my story, how this institution disabled me to finish my studies

Below is the response I got from MANCOSA after I had been speaking to 7 people who didn’t help me

Dear Ms Xoliswa,

I'm writing with reference to your Accounting & Financial Management Resubmission.

Please be advised i have tried to contact you via your cell however there was no answer.

Kindly note that you had tried to upload your assignment on the 31st March however this was past the 5 day period that you had to submit therefor the portal did not allow any submission.

Below is my response to MANCOSA, today it’s 10 days later and I still haven’t received a response

Bare in mind I’m a working woman, I don’t always have access to my phone when I’m in and out of meetings

Please note that I did receive a call at round about 10:30 - 10:31 I was in meetings and I tried to call back the numbers both engaged.

The assignment was not 5 days overdue, at the time of submission the system was still saying I have 2 hours and 23 minutes to submit hence it allowed me to click on a re-submit assignment. I clicked that and loaded the assignment as soon as i clicked on submit assignment then the error POPed up. I immediately went on the phone to report the error and a lady by the name of Sindi who was working the night shift on the 30th asked for my student number and also confirmed that I still have time and I still tried to submit while I was on the line with no luck. We tried to log a ticket while on the line and still there was an error to log a ticket. She then advised that I take a screengrab of the error message for submission and try again tomorrow, she advised that she was sending an email to some tech something to assist but they would assist the next day since none of them work night shift. I tried to log in the next day and that's only when the system had shut. So I was not late with my assignment submission your system was malfunctioning and I have provided proof of the same.

Guys please open the system I need to submit my assignment. I have worked so hard to make sure that I submit on time and took all the necessary measures to make sure this doesn't come back to me. I still called and for 5 hours I was on hold, calls cut and now this is the response that I'm getting that I was late? Please open this system so I can submit my assignment. This is not the first time this is happening, Last semester you did the same thing and because I didn't have a screenshot you said I should re-register the module.I'm starting to think MANCOSA is a money making scheme taking advantage of students because you know we are desperate for education. I will say no more. Open the system and allow me to submit my assignment.

I am at a point where I’m done negotiating with MANCOSA to allow me to submit my assignment. I’m about to deregistering and make a very big noise about this money making scheme.
