I agree with all the other students that have Called this institution nothing but a money making scheme!

I paid R3000 in august 2021 to re write one module, I waited for weeks to get material or correspondence from them, eventually I called them each person gave me a different explanation! I couldn’t understand what was going on. Eventually I sent emails asking for my money back and miraculously I got a response but only to tell me it’s not an accounts or refund query but rather a student advisory query??? The student advisor failed to do her job and make sure I had my material!I was told to download their app I kept telling them it’s not working but no one was listening Evening Thobile called me back saying she is soo sorry that she over looked me and didn’t send me my info and she has taken it upon herself to move my registration to January 2022? She was going to call me back To explain the process till now I am still waiting ! I tried calling since last week with no luck. Today I sent another email to follow up this time I get told I can’t a refund because it’s more that 20 days after I paid??? Are you kidding me??? I have been querying for months and no one is assisting now they won’t give me my money back ! Today Thobile has amnesia and can’t remember that I requested a refund because she did not do her job! So sad ! No money back no learning material nothing
