Mancosa money **** failing students

I am currently in my second year of my BBA semester 2 and I am studying part time, however I have a assignment that I submitted to get a mark of 0 in business statistics, no explanations just a group feedback which was a general idea of where students went wrong . Firstly it's my first time doing this module .secondly my work is of a standard where I know I did not get 0. I've checked around and compared answers and redone my assignment and I should have passed this assignment or even got part marks .I cannot express my distress as I have been awarded with a bursary and I give off my best with my studies and as I work full time, it honestly affects my mental health that mancosa cannot be concerned about actually contacting a student regarding a 0 mark . I feel like they just trying to make money off me for me to pay for a redo . Its just very mentally exhausting and I am extremely demotivated . I honestly cannot express how I need this matter to be investigated
