Mancosa - making dreams diasppear!

I have tried since Dec 2020 to contact Mancosa regarding re-registration of modules due to Mancosa being unable to mark correctly or assist with re-marking. The last ticket that I logged was on 07 Jan 2021 and to date, no-one has responded to the tickets that I have logged. You try to contact them and all that you hear is that "your call is important, please hold" and that "your dream can be achieved with Mancosa" My dream at this moment is for my call to be answered !! Been holding on for over 10 minutes already !
