I ma extremely disappointed in Mancosa I write an OSA for Financial account 3A I lost connection when I reconnected my OSA was submitted I rush to call and communicate with them via APP so they can fix my because I still had 3 hours to submission I spoke to a good guy from student service he acknowledge that my OSA is submitted and it has some errors on in and I didn't get receipt of submission he said he will get back to me until submission time was over the I raise a query 3 time on the app still no help later during the week it shows that they sent communicating on the app giving me and extra time 1 hour o the day of the OSA however it shows later at night now a Guy call Logesh Govendor sent me an email telling nonsense of how Mancosa system is running so smooth at that time I am the student that have been with Mancosa for the past 3 years with any problems I m extremely disappointed in Mancosa I am waiting FACC 3A result so I can move forward I wanted to proceed for Post Grand Unfortunately with this kind of treatment I would rather goes to SBS/ STADIO However I am grateful for one person at Mancosa Ayanda Mgogoma in registration that is the only one person who attend to you ASAP the rest Nah
