Mancosa **** to me

Highly disappointed with Mancosa yet again.

I registered for my Post grad a while back and was highly dissapointed with my Project management mark, After taking it up with Mancosa that I was not given my marks timeously and was unable to do the supplementary, i was then offered a conference call with a student advisor as well as one of the Professors.

The outcome was that I would be able to carry over my Project management subject into my MBA........

Now when I'm trying to register , I'm being given the run around and being told this is not the case and that I need to re register my project management module first.

So I was just told nonsense to close a call, where is the passion or empathy for providing outstanding service for your students, students who pay your bills?

Where are your ethics and morals for not following through with what you promised me?

I do have the recording and I will be taking this matter further that's for sure.
