MANCOSA lack service, administration is VERY BAD
The worst experience ever had with this institution. First of, I could not access my exam results and when I pressed the issue I was told by their staff at centurion branch that I should relax as results will be released on the 15th December meanwhile someone else call me 3 weeks after I had logged a query stating that results where released from the 5th of December. My Economics 1B exam results had a 0% mark and I queried how I could get such marks and I was told I did not write the exam of which I most definitely did an di have proof. The reason they are saying I didn't write was because I wrote "fundamentals of Microeconomics 1B" and not Economics 1B, they are the one's who sent me study materials of Fundamentals of Microeconomics and when I confirmed if was correct they agreed and I carried on using the material for assignments and also prepared for exam and now they say I failed the module because of their own *****ed up administration, lack of student service and support. there is a lot of inconsistency with their administration and they just wont try to contact you back with a clear answer and solution... this week its supplementary exams week and I am left with no direction if I am going to write the exam or not and under which module because I believe this is certainly not my doing and they must rectify their errors and not let me be penalized for it

2 months later still no one is able to rectify the Economics 1B issue, i reregistered the module from 2018 to 2019 and i was told the structure has changed and now the module is registered as Fundamentals of Microeconomics. So i repeated the Module under the new structure as advised and also i received the study material of the new structure name. Yet i am still told that i failed the module Economics 1B because i didn't write the correct exam "Fundamentals of Microeconomics".... WHY SHOULD BE MY PROBLEM WHEN YOU CANNOT FIGURE YOURSELVES OUT? I CANT REGISTER FOR MY 3RD YEAR NOW BECAUSE OF THIS PENDING ISSUE OF WHICH I STRUGGLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY I KEEP EXPLAINING TO LITERALLY EVERYONE AT MANCOSA BUT NO ONE CAN RECTIFY THIS??!!
