Mancosa Joke institution - Don't register!!

The level so services from Mancosa, is very disappointing and frustrating been trying to get a statement of my account for more than a week so I can arrange for payment to be made. When you do finally send me the statement it's wrong then I have to spend hours on the phone being transferred from agent to agent and still get no help. Plus i haven't received any correspondence on when my textbook are being delivered and when is the academic year beginning even though I have paid the registration fee in full its the 14th February today and there is no correspondence and your call center is a waste of time coz no one can help and they know nothing. Choosing to study with Mancosa has been truly the biggest mistake I have made this year, I'm not satisfied with the level of service and professionalism !!!!
