MANCOSA - It could not get worse than this

I enrolled for BCOM HRM with the deplorable institution called MACOSA, that the beginning of my nightmare.

Firstly they gave me an assignment which I submitted timeously. After a couple of weeks I received communication stating that I filled in an incorrect assignment and I need to resubmit a new one with a 6 days deadline which I did.

After making numeral enquiries on my results, the marks were uploaded on My Mancosa Student Portal. I requested a copy of my transcript so that I can see where I can prepare for the exam obviously rectifying the errors that I made; the transcript was nowhere to be found.

They requested me to resubmit the assignment that I sent and there was a difference with the marks that was on the portal, the marks suddenly decreased. In addition, the calculations on the transcript were wrong which I brought to their attention but nobody cared.

Then I missed out on an exam due to their forever poor communication, then had to write a supplementary. I couldn’t write on the date proposed as it was communicated at the last hour as per norm. I sent an e-mail in March enquiring on the supplementary date with no response. Made follow-up in April with no response. Sent yet another e-mail today asking for June dates and then

I received a response from Gcinani Tom from Student Services stating that I should write that on the 31st of May 2019 which is today and that this will be the final opportunity for me to write the module. Should I not write the module as requested or fail, you will be required to re-register for the module.

How am I supposed to make arrangements with my employer when there is a launch of my project today in North West?
