MANCOSA IS UNFAIR TO STUDENTS

I have been studying with Mancosa and currently in my 4th year doing my Postgraduate studies. I experienced a situation where I was given an opportunity to resubmit however due to a health condition, I uploaded the incorrect module submission.

I only realised this when my results was released, I then escalated this to MANCOSA assessment department and they refused to help, they want me to re-register for the entire module, yet I passed my exam.

It clearly shows when they marked my re-submission it was for the incorrect module, and they couldn't even give me a courtesy call or send me an email notifying me that I uploaded the incorrect submission, instead they just said I failed and need to re-register. I feel this is unfair and Mancosa does not value their students, this is a money-making scheme. If I don’t register and pay for the module, I won’t be able to complete my Postgraduate studies.

I have been pleading with them for weeks and their response is that they cannot help me. They said I can take it up higher or complain to whoever they can't help me. This is very cold and heartless knowing that I have been a dedicated student and holding their name high with my BCOM degree Cum Laude pass ad have been referring a number of students in my organisation to study through them.

All I want is just a chance to re-submit that assignment. I cannot afford to re-register. I need assistance with the above urgently.
