Mancosa is unfair and did not get help after so many calls and emails!!!!!

I have been having issues with Mancosa, as a first time student with them this has been the worst experience of my life. Due to Covid 19 our office was closed and was unable to submit my assignment and pleaded with them to submit and till this day I have not been assisted. I was being entertained by Jamie who said they would get back to me and assist and nothing... this has been going on from May till now!!

Like I haves said in all my calls and emails and even on the assignments submissions extension requests and on the portal also attaching the letter from the company. The company was closed from the after the 25th March and opened on the 1st June, I do not get issued with laptop or computer and do not own those resources as I cannot afford them. I was not able to submit any assignments and the project.

I did not put myself in this situation and I am being punished for a pandemic I did not bring along, I did not ask the office to be closed off. If all of this did not happen all my assignments would have been in and on time.

I was able to write my exams and with no issues because the office was open and stayed after hours to make sure I am prepared.

I am not a person for excuses never have and never been…. But this time this has been out of my hands and beyond my control. All I want to do is to study further and hopefully pass with all that’s been happening

Today i went on the portal and see that I have failed due to assignments that were not submitted. They have given so many students i do the same course a chance to submit and i was not even given a chance .. i payed my full fee's... i have been reaching out to them and still was not helped.

I cannot accept this this is so unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
