MANCOSA IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER

To say i am tired of Mancosa would be an understatement. 4 years with them and every time there's a query i have to bring it here on hellopeter because they never come back to me.

1. i have been asking for an invoice since i app**** for my second degree in July. Just an invoice stating modules and their prices. 5 months in and still nothing. i have spoken to Lethokuhle, anastacia and even logged a call with the student services and still nothing

2. Your admin people made a huge mistake and refused me to write supplementary exams on my previous degree. I then brought this on hellopeter and I was allowed to write the 2 exams all costs covered by Mancosa. not sure who didn't not do their job between Anastacia, Ronald and finance, I then register for a second degree and pay R15k and a whole +-R10k is deducted citing that its fees for the 2 modules re-registered.

To date i do not have my results, its 2/3 weeks to supplementary exams and no one has come back to me.

I AM BEYOND TIRED OF MANCOSA BECAUSE THE TIME WASTED IS MINE...................ALREADY MONTHS WAS LOST DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE

I HAVE APP**** FOR A BURSARY AND THEY NEED A ****** INVOICE, how hard is it to issue out an invoice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOW HARD IS TO ADVISE RESOLVE THE MESS YOU CAUSED WITH THE FINANCE?????????????????????????????????
