Mancosa is the worst institution ever!

I app**** to be credited with certain modules, I did not get a response. I then decided to commence with my studies during the second semester nonetheless. I was informed that I need to pay R4000 as a liability fee for late application of deferal and I paid it. My bursary paid tuition fees for semester 1&2. After I wrote June 2024 exams, instead of releasing my results, Mancosa said I'm owing R11000. I called and written emails enquiring, I have yet to receive a proper, reasons to justify why they are withholding my results. Im frustrated now because I can't get my results, get an answer to my quiries nor register and the bursary wants results so they can continue paying my tuition fees.

This is worst institution and regret why I registered with Mancosa. I'm even sharing my frustrations and discouraging people from registering with mancosa.
