MANCOSA IS THE WORST

I need to bring the following to your attention.

One of my KCQ was expected to be done on the 20th September 2021 and I carried that module to second semester...when I was doing the other kcq’s for this semester I expected this module too but when I clicked to the module it was not opening and I thought maybe they canceled that I said I’ll do the module this semester..but when I checked my OSA timetable I then saw the very same module that I’m talking about and I was like how come cause when I want to do my kcq it was not opening..I then went to school cause seriously I wanted a explanation on this one cause I don’t miss my school work..When I went there they saw that I’ve been trying to log in but did I get any help?Not at Mancosa... the very same day when I go to my portal to check on this module I was able to enter but the whole September I was just fooling myself...I don’t mention my student advisor,He said he is going to call and tell me what to do with this issue even today he’s still calling..But they make no mistake when fees are outstanding..Clearly there was something wrong with their system,and now I have to re-register again..that’s not happening
