MANCOSA IS THE WORST

I need to bring the following to your attention:

Three of my KCQ’s were expected to be done on the 20th of September 2021: Firstly I never knew how to use Mancosa Connect until the 14th of September 2021 when an agent called me. 6 days before all three kcq’s were due, That meant I had to watch and study all my webinars in 6 days for three subjects that is 18 webinars.

This is really unrealistic. I feel that I'm a fully paid bursary student and MANCOSA just takes my money and gives me a raw deal
