Mancosa is terrible

The kind of treatment by the institution is quite shady, they wouldn't update my statement with my payments and ignored me for a full month trying to shoo me away instead of updating my finances then later came back to say there was a system issue. Now they want to fail me for a subject I passed saying that my assignment was failed whilst I passed the same assignment. I have referred them to my marked transcript and they are following the same script of ignoring me and hoping I give up. The administration doesn't treat the institution and clients as if this is unimportant. This is institution is the worst,
