MANCOSA, is ruining my life!!

I have recently discovered that I have a default on my name on itc, listed my MANCOSA. I enrolled with them in 2015 to complete my degree in HR Management, unfortunetly I was retrenched and could not afford to pay any longer.. I tried calling them to make alternative arrangements and kept being transfered to different departments where no one was able to help me... I then became really frustrated and just left it as it, now 2 years later I have discovered that they have handed me over...

I am a single mother, still trying to find permanent work, and am struggling... I seeked financial aid from my bank last week and got declined, due to this. I have spoken to the dept of education as an anonymous caller and was told that they cant do that and was suppose to either make an alternative arrangement with me.. This was not a contract whereby i gave consent for a credit check to done in any case... So now I am taking further legal action,as I have also recorded the conversation I had with the dept of education... If MANCOSA does not step up to the plate and start treating people failry then I am suing them, they have now made my life so difficult, and I cannot afford R16 000. I have seen so many reviews by other people with similar situations so this is not a new thing with MANCOSA!

They should be ashamed, they claim to want to help better our future, but how can it get better when you blacklist us!
