Mancosa is FULL OF NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mancosa is full of nonsense (that is a euphemism for a much stronger and derogatory word), my wife has been trying to RSVP for the graduation ceremony for weeks now but was not able to do so due to difficulties experienced with the Mancosa website. Then suddenly today, she received an email stating that she will not be part of the graduation ceremony, whilst Mancosa is fully aware that people are still struggling with the RSVP process. When she tried to call and get assistance, they first said that her fees are not fully paid which is FALSE then they tried to insinuate that she did not partake in the survey to assess if people are interested in virtual or physical graduation ceremony, which was also FALSE as she did do the survey. Then the Graduation Manager by the name of Tailor hung up the phone on her whilst trying to get clarity and assistance on the matter. Such service is unacceptable, especially when people have worked hard for 3 years and did everything to ensure that they are part of the graduation ceremony.
