MANCOSA IS BEYOND USELESS!!!!!!

I wrote exams with Mancosa in November to date not all results are out, first there was an issue with the payment made, I had to fight and come to hellopeter to get Mancosa to fix the issue and release my marks, only 4 was released and now 2 is outstanding and i am told that i can only see the results because there are new systems. I mean how hard is it to send an email with the results?

Now the 1st degree the school messed up, resulting in additional 6 months to the course (AGAIN NOT MY DOING BUT THE SCHOOL), because i really need to be done with Mancosa and get on with my life last year I wrote 6 modules and is still awaiting feedback on the 2 (months and months and months later)

This semester i am technically registered for 2 modules only which no exams needs to be written for, it only makes sense to include the other 4 so that i can do 6 at a time and get things over and done with but no, i am sent from pillar to post and being told that 1. i will only be able to view results of the 2 exams when the assignment and exams results are out 2. they are awaiting feedback from the JHB people to see if the other modules can be loaded.

I mean all this can be done manually give me results for the 2. load for the others let me write my exams so we can part ways. i am beyond livid with Mancosa and most of all A AM TIRED

Anastasia keeps saying that she is waiting for people to come back to her but i know for a fact that if i keep quiet i will find myself still waiting and another 6 months will be added to this matter and i just cant!!!!!!!!!!!!
