Mancosa is awful

Mancosa is an awful institution to study through and all they care about is if your fees are paid.

Due to reasons outside of my control I missed a couple of semester tests and I followed their process to lodge a re-write. This was at the end of June and nobody got back to me. Then I received an email to say that I would have to re-register for these two modules without anybody getting back to me about my initial request.

So I went to their offices in Centurion and was advised to send an email and I would be assisted. The lady in Centurion (To****a) was absolutely amazing and she held up her end of the bargain. I was then contacted on September 19 by Logesh Govender.

This guy went on to basically tell me that the email I typed up was a waste of time as he asked me to tell him whatg happened AFTER he said he had received my email. He then said he would call me back and lo and behold, today is Oct 1 and I am yet to receive a call from this guy or anybody at Mancosa.

What annoys me the most is the fact that I have paid my fees for the entire year and this is to an institute that couldn't care less about the client/student. They were amazing when it came to collecting payment but since then the service has been awful and useless.

If you can avoid studying through Mancosa please do because you will experience nothing but headaches and heartache. Their systems are suspect, the lecturers are nothing short of pathetic and their student services promise calls back and disappear. Just don't study through this place.
