MANCOSA IS A TERRIBLE INSTITUTION!

From the very onset, I've had nothing but terrible service from MANCOSA. They are so quick to take your money but will send you from pillar to post when they are supposed to assist you as a student.

Typical example, I've been trying to re-register for the past two weeks but no seems to be assisting me. Instead, I'm sent from one person to another, MANCOSA staff promise to call me back and they don't get back to me. I have been communicating with 4 people so far at MANCOSA and none of them have been able to assist me. I have spoken to NOMBUSO, ANTOINETTE, COLIN DANISA, BELINDA (BELINDA is very rude, and dropped the phone on my ear instead of assisting), and none of these people, I'm telling you NONE of them assisted me. EVERY YEAR IS THE SAME ISSUE WITH MANCOSA, EVERY YEAR. They don't care about servicing students. Quite frankly I don't think MANCOSA staff are keen on doing their jobs, which can be very frustrating to a paying student who is trying to get their qualification.

I would not recommend this institution to anyone. I tell everyone that wants to study with MANCOSA not to register with them and rather look for another institution to pursue their studies with.

I am going to discontinue my studies with this institution because every time I need something so simple done, like reregistering, the staff's incompetence and pathetic bedside manners is defeating.

I am definitely taking this up and escalating this.

PLEASE PEOPLE, THINK TWICE BEFORE PURSUING YOUR STUDIES WITH THIS INSTITUTION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM.
