Mancosa is a ****! They refuse to let me graduate!!

I’m supposed to graduate this October and was told I have a module outstanding, which was their internal errors because I have passed all modules and even got pre accepted for studying honours. When I wanted to get graduation details I was told I can’t cause there is a module outstanding. They eventually fixed it as I also have the results of that module, ive sent dozens of emails, and tweeter complaints and the graduation department keeps calling me to tell me the same thing “you can’t graduate there is a module outstanding”, meaning after they fixed their OWN errors they did not update the other department or did not update it on the system so all systems are in sync! They refuse to let me graduate after working sooo soo hard getting this far and looked forward to graduating. Anyone thinking of enrolling with this institution don’t even think about it, they are a ****, a ***** of a school!!!
