Mancosa is a nightmare

Mancosa is so unprofessional , I have been waiting for my academic reference letter for over 3 weeks now. the institution just doesn't care about resolving my matter. many other students are complaining about their lack of urgency but they are always quick to collect money. I wouldn't recumbent this institution to anyone.
