Mancosa ****ing Money Making Machine

Mancosa is full of ****!!! How are you supposed to have paid your full school fees by month 4 in order to get the first semester's exam results??? R54 500 in 4 months, is that possible? They want you to pay up front the whole amount before you even start classes!! Money making scheme they operating!!! And they only tell you this when you've already registered and doing the course, while they hold your results at ransom even though u paid more than triple the registration amount, they don't care that you've already paid half the amount, they still won't give you mid year results even though you've put in half the year's amount. And they turn and make it your fault even though at registration you were told you will get all your results with the exception of the final results if the account is not up to date by then, which sounded pretty fair but no now they turn on you and make as if you won't pay your acount. They don't care they just want money money money all the time, they don't care that they've put you through hell with their incompetence and systems failures during the course of this learning journey with them. They have no regard for failures created by them, they just love blaming their short falls on student, this has been how they handle every situation/incident since i started my learning journey with them. Now you have to keep track of every person you spoke and every incident you must keep record, how you will do that beats me when some are done over the phone, or otherwise risk the it all becoming "a he said, she said" situation. I am so exhausted with this mancosa **** up and no accountability on their side.
