Mancosa Inconsistency ( I want to submit my final project!!!!!!!!)

I have a worst experience with Mancosa. Firstly they take long to release results, Now I am struggling to submit my final project/assignment and the reason they are giving is that I did not do a quiz (KCQ ). My frustration is that with my pervious modules I missed one or two quizzes but I was still able to submit my project. Basically what Mancosa is saying is that I can not submit my 60 mark project because I did not take a quiz that contributes 5 marks to my overall pass mark. I fail to understand the inconsistency in this matter. This is my last module and I need to submit my final project.!!! I have called them for 2 weeks as the project was due on the 02/11/19 and when I first called them on the 01/11/19 the consultant told me that it was a general problem as they we running an upgrade on their website and I should try on the 04/11/19. I did as I was told with the same error coming up. when I called for the 3rd or 4th time I was then told about this ridiculous KCQ that I did not do. My question is that if I was able to miss 2 KCQ's on one module but was able to submit my project for that particular module what has changed with this module. Actually with my first Module I only too 1 KCQ out of 4 I was able to submit and I passed that module, with this module I missed one and I'm being punished by not being able to submit my final project.
