MANCOSA INCOMPITENT STAFF.

I regret registering with this institution, the minister of higher education should closely look at its operations.

I wrote an Online assessment on the 15th November 2021, their system was a trush it kept logging me out from the time I commenced, on my last minutes I wanted to submitt but it kicked me out again on the last minutes and I couldn't submit my work coz the screen became blank an eradicated all of my work, on the following I sent videos as a proof via email till today no answer.

Yesterday 13th December 2021 I decided to go to the Durban Branch regarding this issue, I met up with Logan Govender who did not assist me, He took my student number and said He will call me today on the 14th December, I told Him straight that I don't trust him since it's the second time He said that to me, I drive with my petrol, leaving all my commitments to be told that I will be called, I have 2 modules that I didn't write through this person again, He failed to solve my issue and said He will call me and we eventually reached to final examination without my problem being solved as he has promised.

Again this guy did not help me, didn't phone as He promised, I'm really tired of this institution I paid all my fees in February R45k for such trush hiring *********** people that demotivate students they can't solve a single problem, MANCOSA should deal with this guy and their staff that is underperforming because it's costing students.

I really regret registering with this institution it's so pathetic, with just one year I had so much problems which some could not be solved yet they claim to be the best institution, I been in multiple higher education institutions none are compared to this institution it's just the fixed fees only that you receive.
