Your service from your staff is point blank poor, a full day trying to call and I can not get in touch with a single person. Flip if I could rather sort my issues face to face in Joburg branch I would but I gather thats not an option because I have to call that useless DURBAN branch that is your HQ. Damn can't wait to be out of your damned institution.
