Mancosa graduation disappointing

I was doing my Advanced Diploma in 2020 which i completed successfully. Due to lockdowns and Covid-19 graduations were held online with a promise that we will have a graduation ceremony once things are back to normal. I was sent a survey wherein i was asked to confirm my availability to attend the graduation. I did that and also chose a venue. My colleague did the same and she later received an email from Mancosa informing her of the date and time of graduation. After waiting for my email i eventually called mancosa to enquire about this. I was then told that the graduation people are still busy with invitations i should be patient. After three weeks an enquired again and i was asked if i RSVP on their portal. I was not aware of the RSVP on the portal and nobody informed me even when i enquired initially. Now the graduations are next week, and my only question to them was whether i will be able to graduate or not. Even today, i dont have a answer to that question. It is really disappointing and painfully to work so hard and get this kind of treatment from the institution. To think i am still studying at the same institution. I might not graduate again after completing my current course.
