Mancosa Graduation Department Useless

Had my worst ever experience with the Graduation Department for Mancosa... Submitted my request & did the necessary payments to receive my Cerificate to my address in September, up to now the request is still open... The department doesn’t respond to emails & it’s impossible to get through to the department via phone... All my things are stuck because of something which can be resolved in 5 minutes... Extremely disappointed!!!!!
