MANCOSA FAILS AGAIN and succed at frustrating it’s students

There we have it again MANCOSA frustrating it’s students with their unclear communication. Email was sent less than 10 days ago regarding graduation on institution on where to RSVP was given on the mail and I’m being told I was supposed to take a survey to RSVP. No where in the mail sent was that said. Tried to call and been taken from pillar to post until 1 day late for their stupid link to RSVP and they telling me my graduation will be done in absentia I did don’t say I can’t attend my graduation. I worked hard through the years only to be told I’m not graduating because I missed the deadline by 1 day. This is a s### school. Nothing ever goes smoothly with this institution. I do not recommend this school to anyone. I have a right to my graduation unless I state that I can’t attend. Actually I rate this school a 0
