MANCOSA ERROR ON CERTIFICATE RESULTING IN NOT GETTING A JOB

I have completed my MBA with MANCOSA and when i received the graduation information i received communication to check my details , I realised that my my 2 surnames where merged. I did the changes and attached my ID but on the graduation day i realised that still my certificate came out incorrect. I have been trying to call for a full months , sent emals and no one was picking up my call nor answering my emails untill mid June. I was connected to a Charlene from the graduations department who promised to investigate and she has never come back and getting hod of the graduations department is very difficult. TODAY they have come back to tell me that i must pay R250 and make an affidavit which does not make sense to me and my ID from registration has been having my 2 surnames SEPERATED WITH A HYPHERN . My main frustration n ow is that I am starting another exam tomorrow for a different qualification and i regret regitering again :(. iT IS REALLY NOT NICE TO HAVE A WHOLE MBA and still not be able to use it.
