Mancosa Durban Campus unprofessional behaviour

I am registered first year MBA student at Mancosa college. I am disappointed by the non actions of their staff about marks for the Managerial Economic assignment. The assignment is marked/ticked by the marker and there are comments made. The only outstanding issues are the allocation of marks on the assignment script. The system at Mancosa reflects a zero percentage of marks on the sid assignment. I queried this abnormality. I was told on their system reflects that I submitted a wrong assignment. The concern I have with that is that if I had submitted a wrong assignment it would not have been ticked/marked and no comment would have been made on each answer as that would not have made any sense. The fact that the assignment was marked shows that it was a correct assignment. I am disappointed that till today my marks have not been allocated. As it is, I remain as a failed student. I am therefore unfairly expected to register the same subject. Mancosa is one of the most expensive institutions. And one wouldn’t like to find himself wasting money unfairly so. I plead with whoever hears my cry at the same institution to help me get my marks back.
