Mancosa doesn't care about students, they all about making money.

I have registered this year (Postgraduate Diploma) and after paying all my fees I received a call from finance saying they have quoted me incorrectly so I still owe them 4300. I was not really happy with their service I had to fight with them for days until this mater was fixed.

On the 5th of October I was struggling with network I was unable to submit my 2 assignments(since I requested extension in one of the subjects) I took screenshots and I decided to submit my 2 assignment via email as a proof to show both my assignments are done since I didn't have any option.

Since the 5th untill today my issue is not solved and I received calls every to explain what happened and they all promised to resolve my issue. I spoke to Belinda(students services), michelle(assignment department) and sheneege(students services) all of them was on my site when I was explaining my story but now no one want to assist.

I send an email to Mancosa's Director this morning and after some few minutes I received a call from this gentleman(I fogot his name) from assignment department and asked me to explain what happened again and he also promised to assist me and he said he received a mail from top management about my issue. I mean today marks a full month without this issue being resolved.

Michelle told me that the is nothing she can do since she didn't receive any of my assignments and it will be re-registration for next year. Belinda acknowledged my 2 assignments and now she is saying I must wait for Michelle's call...... I mean like really now. I was supposed to be preparing for my exam but how not knowing about my two assignments.
