MANCOSA does not take its students seriously

MANCOSA does not take its students seriously I have been trying to contact Mancosa since February regarding the mailing of my graduation certificate to me. I was unable to attend the ceremony in April 2018. I have followed all the instructions given when one is unable to attend the ceremony (paying the courier fees, etc.) but to this day no response from the so called "leading distance education provider in southern Africa".

The recruitment department is perfectly functional, they respond very quickly if you want to enroll. but once you are registered they forget you even exist.

Save yourself the stress. Do not study at Mancosa if you want an institution that will take you seriously.
