Mancosa does not care about students wellbeing but money

I can't seem to find the find the right words to express how disappointed I am with the Mancosa Academic Management. I was registered to write a Accounting module in the previous semester, unfortunately I got really sick and was hospitalized for most of the semester including the times leading to the assignment submission due date and writing of the main exam and agrotat. I was in a very bad state. Upon my recovery, I contacted student services to inform them about my ordeal and I also submitted medical certificates including discharge records from hospital. All I was requesting for was for them to granted concession to write the module again this semester. To my surprise the Academic Manager concerned disapproved. This gave me an impression that Mancosa does not care about their students wellbeing and they disregard unforeseen circumstances such as a case where one gets sick and you produce supporting documents. All that's important to them is that you pay for your fees even when you are hospitalized for that particular semester. I am really disappointed in this institution.
