Mancosa does not care about student support.

MANCOSA has decided to change the tune by saying the assessment issue was resolved, even though it was not. Today I had a meeting with an academic thinking we were to discuss my assessment issue only to find out that whe meeting was 'to assist me prepare for my OSA for the APM module.'. Moreover, when I discussed this on the call with 'Student Support Consultant' Nonzwakazi Shelembe, she mentioned that I will be writing the APM exam anyway. This meant MANCOSA did not understand or was not willing to entertain my issue as I will be writing the exam as if this was about writing or not writing the exam. This is unacceptable for an institution that claims to uphold academic excellence and student support.

Tomorrow (11/27/2024), I am ewriting an exam on the APM module while my issue has not been resolved and with MANCOSA giving me the attitude that they do not care whether it’s resolved or not.

As a student who has dedicated significant time and effort to these studies, I feel let down by MANCOSA. The institution's lack of responsiveness, unprofessional communication, and questionable practices undermine the trust and credibility it claims to uphold.
