Mancosa does not care!

Student number 116866. I have been battling to get my PGCE Maths result sorted out after Mancosa gave me a ZERO for the final exam! This ZERO combined with my assignment mark of 81% gave me 42% overall mark, and thus a FAIL for the module. I have written to Mancosa several times since early November last year, trying to explain to them that I am too old to write for a ZERO! Maths was one of my PGCE majors. They asked for proof that I did write the exam, which I provided, despite the fact that I signed a register on the day of the exam and also there was a tear off slip which I also signed. The one I sent them was signed by the invigilator. All in all there were THREE signed copies as proof of having written the exam! Mancosa told me to wait as they were busy with OSA (online summative assessments), I tried to explain how important this result was ti me as I needed to find a teaching post and get employed. They DID NOT care and NEVER gave any feedback until I contacted them, only to be told they will look into my case after the OSA! I had ni choice as they had the upper hand. A wee before the end of November (somewhere there) I was told that the OSA are over and they will investigate my case. Again they did not bother to give me any feedback until they respond to my cry for a "communication"!!! Thereafter things went SILENT until mid January this year when I contacted them again and got a lousy response (not worth mentioning, practically useless information to effect that they will investigate)! Again, schools are planing to reopen, teachers are short in some schools, especially Maths and Science. Here I am battling to get what's mine from Mancosa so I can asssist where I can! I passed all the other modules with great results, yet this did not bother Mancosa why I had ZERO for Maths final mark! Something should have rung a bell there, but NOT with Mancosa!!!I need to get my certificate with the correct results so I can apply for a teaching post, I have SACE registration, police clearance and everything needed except for a pass in Mathematics, yet I wrote the exam well. Dear Mancosa, I need my certificate. You have had plenty of time to "investigate" my case! I am not going to mention my colleague, whom you have told to reregister because she did not have proof that she wrote the exam! I was with her in the exam room, but unfortunately she could not find the exam slip! I will also not mention how we both struggled to get our Maths assignment marks fixed due to an error on your part. I am not sure if I will still finish my MBA with you!
